LGD-4033 has a half-life of 24-36h; therefore, it can be taken in a single dose. 10-20mg is a recommended daily intake for men, while women typically take 5mg a day.
If used solo, in order to minimize testosterone suppression, use it for no longer than 8 weeks.
STACKING
Stacking with testosterone is highly recommended. It goes well in pair with all AAS, MK-677, and Cardarine.
